We have used some Gardner Angus genetics in the herd. This has significantly contributed to building the Kelly Angus herd to what it is today; strong, deep bodied cows with frame scores of 5.5 to 6.5. Our focus is to breed soft deep bodied, well-tempered females that calve easily. Adherence to this breeding philosophy ensures all sires used will maintain and improve this status.
